Talking Therapy
Talking therapy - or counselling - is an important step in the healing process. With the right person and when you are ready, talking through and bringing awareness to what you are currently experiencing in a supportive and compassionate space, is where progress is most likely to to be made.
With years of education and experience working with people, I offer the opportunity to explore the challenges you’re experiencing and how you can work with them.
Holistic Healing
Holistic healing is an approach which accounts for all the aspects that are important to your wellbeing or wellness. This work involves techniques to develop awareness about the mind-body connection, coming to understand how emotion is held in the body, and how to use body awareness to work with difficult emotions.
Learning to see and feel our connection to one another and to all living things is another important aspect of holistic healing and one which is essential to a deep and ongoing sense of wellness, wholeness, and groundedness, especially in challenging times.
Self-Healing
No matter what has happened in your life and no matter what is going on right now, nothing is broken, and nothing needs fixing. You have your own wisdom for wellness, you are naturally whole, and importantly you have an in-built capacity for self-healing.

A passion for helping others led me to pursue Doctoral, Masters, and Honours degrees in Psychology and Public Health.
With more than two decades in the Health & Wellbeing field, I’ve worked with a diverse range of people across several countries.
